Booking Policy for Marbella Doon

Welcome to Marbella Doon! We specialize in premium tiles, sanitaryware, bath faucets, pipe fittings, granite, and adhesive. Please review our booking and return policies to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.

Product Responsibility

  • For tiles and sanitaryware, we take responsibility for breakage only until delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the products at the time of delivery for satisfaction.
  • After delivery and handling by the customer, we will not be responsible for any damage.
  • Shade variations are natural across different production lots. Customers should verify shade consistency before installation.
  • Flexible returns are allowed before installation. Post-installation, we will not entertain any complaints.

Booking Policy

  • If a product is not available in-store, customers can place a booking order.
  • At the time of booking, we will provide an approximate delivery timeline.
  • If the customer agrees, they must confirm the booking with an advance token payment.
  • In some cases, due to production or transportation delays, the estimated delivery may vary by 5-7 days.
  • If the product is delayed beyond the grace period, customers can opt for a refund of the booking amount.
  • Customers are also obligated to receive their booked material within the estimated time frame plus the grace period.

Return Policy

  • Complete product quantity cannot be returned after delivery.
  • Surplus material (up to 10% of the delivered quantity) may be returned within one month.
  • After one month, we are not obliged to accept returns. However, if we have the same batch available, we may reconsider the return on a case-by-case basis.
  • Delivery will only be processed after full payment of the material.
  • Booked products are non-returnable, as they are specially ordered from the manufacturer.
