Return Policy

At www.marbelladoon.com, we strive to deliver quality products with utmost care. However, in the rare case of a return, please review our return policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns shall only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.
A maximum of 10% of the original quantity may be returned, and only if the product is unused and in original condition.
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, verified and accepted by our team.

Note: Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

Breakage or damage occurring after delivery.
Shortage claims post-delivery.
Change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the fragile nature of several of our products (including but not limited to marble, granite, bathroom tiles, kitchen slabs, and other breakable items), we shall not be held responsible for any damage or breakage after delivery.

3. Return Process

Customers must notify us in writing within the return period.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and verification of eligibility, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, after deducting applicable charges.

4. Deductions & Expenses

All associated expenses incurred in the return process will be deducted from the refund amount, including but not limited to:

Freight and transportation charges.
Labour charges.
Applicable taxes and government levies.
